Fearless & Focused Fridays
An online YouTube program hosted through founder Doria Michelle Tabron’s personal YouTube channel — not a separate Fearless and Focused, Inc. channel. It is open to program participants and the general public. Tune in once a month to see what is happening with Fearless and Focused, Inc., hear participant experiences, and stay connected to the organization. We plan to expand to every Friday in the future.

Built for women, teens, pre-teens, and families
Growth rarely happens alone. Our sessions are designed so a mother and daughter can learn side by side, a teen can find her footing, and a woman in any season can be equipped for what's next.
Women
Practical tools for stewardship, wellness, and career growth — with community that keeps showing up.
Teens
Confidence, safety awareness, money basics, and readiness for first jobs and beyond.
Pre-Teens
Age-appropriate lessons on courage, kindness, self-worth, and healthy habits.
Families
Shared sessions and community events so households grow together, online or in person.
Four core pillars
What we teach, and why it matters
Every program we offer grows out of four pillars that build safety, stability, health, and readiness for what's ahead.

Pillar 01
Self-Defense
Practical safety and confidence-building for youth and families.

Pillar 02
Financial Literacy & Stewardship
Budgeting, time management, investing, saving, paying bills, giving, stewardship, and the “Middle Class 3.”

Pillar 03
Health & Wellness
Diet, exercise, purity, and caring for the body as a temple.

Pillar 04
Career & Professional Readiness
Résumés, interviewing, professional presentation, etiquette, hygiene, and self-esteem.
